    My name is Charmaine Wright, and I am the founder of ZeroTrace.

    I am fully accredited in trauma and crime scene cleaning, with specialist training in forensic and biohazard remediation. With a strong background in care, compliance, and high-responsibility environments, I established ZeroTrace to deliver professional, discreet, and compassionate cleaning services to individuals, families, and organisations during some of their most challenging times.

    I understand that situations involving trauma, unattended deaths, or crime scenes can be confronting and emotionally overwhelming. My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and absolute discretion, while maintaining strict adherence to safety regulations, industry standards, and best-practice decontamination procedures. Every job is handled with meticulous attention to detail to ensure environments are restored safely, thoroughly, and respectfully.

    ZeroTrace was built on the belief that no one should have to manage these circumstances alone. My goal is not only to remove biohazards and visible contamination, but to help restore peace of mind and allow clients to move forward with confidence, knowing their space has been professionally and safely remediated.

Proudly of Fijian Indian background, I bring strong cultural awareness, empathy, and respect into every aspect of my work. I established ZeroTrace to provide professional, discreet, and compassionate forensic and biohazard cleaning services to individuals, families, and organisations during some of life’s most difficult and sensitive situations.

    I understand that environments affected by trauma, crime, or unattended deaths can be emotionally confronting. My approach is grounded in dignity, discretion, and strict compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
